Burlington 7pm Strum Squad: LIVE from Brant Hills CC (July 22nd, 2025)

Our 7pm Burlington Parent & Child Strum Squad showed up ready to rock for their concert this week during our final lesson!

Over six weeks, we watched these families grow from total beginners into confident performers. By the end, they weren’t just playing songs on their ukes for the first time- they were coming together as a community for ukulele games, practicing at home on their own, and cheering each other on (especially during our ukulele "hide and seek" games!)

Whether it was turning a mistake into a laugh, or mastering a tricky song they never thought they’d get, the perseverance and positivity were next-level. Watching parents and kids bond over music- sometimes even dancing in their chairs together- was an absolute joy.

We capped things off with a filmed group performance so families can hold onto the experience and see how far they’ve come. Remember that time we all became ukulele rockstars as a family?
